Guide: integrating Trans Individuals in the workplace

Fondation Émergence has produced an information guide on the integration of trans people in the workplace. Developed in partnership with l'Aide aux Trans du Québec (ATQ), it aims to provide employers with the tools they need to ensure a transphobia-free workplace.

The guide covers trans realities and the inclusion of trans people in the workplace, the benefits of a gender-inclusive workplace for the employer, and the employer's legal responsibilities regarding their integration. It also lists the key dates that have marked the achievements of trans people in recent years. Finally, a detailed integration process can prove to be a practical tool to support employers in their efforts to integrate trans people into the workplace.
